As part of the rapid and consistent growth the company has undergone over its first ten years since initial start-up, we are expanding our services and capabilities in Chennai across Moving Image, Print, Digital and Transcreation Production. Our Global Delivery Centre operation in Chennai is located in the prestigious DLF Cybercity campus, the largest operational IT SEZ in Southern India. The Chennai operation is a strategically important large-scale production hub that services all of our global hubs.

As a Digital Designer, you must be enthusiastic about digital design and constantly looking at the next innovation. A candidate for this position must be able to work in fast paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity.

Your Day To Day Tasks Will Include

• Storyboarding and designing banner campaigns
• Working closely with the client team and following their lead on the creative
• Being able to think outside the box and push the norm where possible
• Setting up design structure and process working with the studio digital project manager.

• A high level of attention to detail, with a drive to create and maintain incredibly high standards
• Experience – Of working on and delivering digital advertising campaigns (knowledge and experience on development is an advantage)
• Communicate – A strong communicator you should have the ability to articulate and support design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy
• Organised – You should be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules. Experience working with brand guidelines
• Passionate in regard to your work
• Expert knowledge of current design trends and techniques
• Able to take a creative scamp and produce an asset which represents Hogarth’s high quality approach on everything we do
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products
• Ability to formulate and communicate the creative vision for projects, to the team and the client
• Sharp eye for concept and execution
• Design style/ sensibilities must be current, forward thinking and audience-aware
• Experience of working in a creative / digital agency on large global accounts
• Flexible with your time when required for the client
• When there is downtime in project work, be prepared to support the wider digital team on other clients if required
• Occassionally, maybe required to be with the wider digital team across our global offices
