Digital E-commerce Manager
Job descriptionDigital E-commerce Manager for Amazon.in India We are looking for a Digital Commerce Manager to manage day to day operations of our Amazon India business, eventually expanding to other markets and platforms.
Management of the Amazon Seller Central account includes but not limited to advertising, optimization, FBA fulfillment and replenishment.
The role involves creating weekly management reports for review and discussion as well as working closely with the social media and content team to build the brand presence on Amazons platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of Amazon Business to deliver a sales and gross profit (Amazon Only) target.
- Continuous optimization of listings with relevant keywords to achieve unit sales targets, revenue goals and gross margin targets, including keyword research, competitor analysis, organic ranking improvements, and content optimization.
- Optimization of Ad spend on Amazon Seller Central to ensure Ads are efficient (and meet ACOS and TACOS targets) to maximize product sales potential. Ensuring organic sales are the key driver of growth and using PPC on Amazon as an enabler of growth.
- Manage day to day operations on Amazon Seller Central, including, FBA delivery, Returns, submissions, tickets and case management, fees management, etc.
- Product weekly/monthly reports for management team. Reports used to track and show progress and guide decision making. Preparing profit analysis of current product selection & analysis of new products to launch.
- Management of day-to-day operations with 3PL warehouse.
- All other jobs and projects related to growing sales and profitability of Amazon and Ecommerce Business.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years’ experience working on Amazon Seller Central. Other e-commerce related experience is not a requirement but would be advantageous.
- Strong keyword optimization skills including research, content (titles, bullets, descriptions etc) creation and A/B testing skills.
- Strong PPC skills including optimization and constant improvements.
- Experience using Helium 10 or other Amazon 3rd party research tools.
- Highly analytical and data driven. Ability to look at Amazon data to find areas requiring improvement and aid optimization.
- Strong Excel (Vlookup, Index Match Formula, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint skills.
- Self-Motivated and Proactive. You will be guided by your manager, but need to be proactive to make changes and improvements for consistent growth.
- Good Communication Skills. Working individually in an overseas location will require you to communicate clearly and efficiently with your manager.
- Financial Mindset to deliver profitable business and drive sales expansion.
- Understanding of Social Media and External ways to drive traffic to Amazon.
