Role/Department Description: Analytics API is an off-platform offering to deliver FactSet’s Analytics and content through APIs The team is looking for Client Support Engineers who communicate with the clients’ end users, business units, and IT, as well as with FactSet employees which include FactSet engineers, product developers, consultants and account teams You will have the opportunity to work with talented team members and teams across FactSet The role will involve the use of innovative technologies Come and become an API Ninja with FactSet!
Manage support questions, enhancements for language SDKs, BI tool connectors and API product behavior Assist account teams with monitoring API usage of paid and trial clients Alert account teams about the overuse of APIs by paying clients Debug client implementation issues and help client developers to bootstrap API implementation Automate processes and tooling around API development to improve efficiency for PD and development teams
Atleast two years of experience Business-level written and verbal English communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Experience interacting with clients is preferred but not required for entry-level positions Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills Excellent time and task management abilities Graduate of any Information Technology or Computer Engineering related course
