1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps, email, and social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
2. Developing market research surveys and working with customers in focus groups.
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) by using data from web tracking tools like Google Analytics.
4. Briefing other professionals like web designers on advertising campaigns.
5. Writing content for websites, email and social media.
6. Designing and writing e-communications like e-newsletters and text campaigns.
7. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
8. Making information and advertising more interactive by adding case studies, videos and infographics to websites, apps and social media.
9. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
10. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
12. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
13. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Any Diploma or Certification in Digital marketing.
3. Core Areas: Online Marketing/Google Marketing /Other Marketing Growth Initiatives/ Press releases/Newsletters/SEO Experience/Content writing Skills.
4. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
5. Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, marketing database and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
6. Skills and experience in creative content writing.
7. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
