Job Description
1. E-Commerce catalog management.
2. Listing products on different portal.
3. Ad-run, PPC.
4. Campaign optimisation.
5. Managing Shopify website.
6. SEO.
7. Writing blog.
8. Link building- Manage backend e-commerce operations for all online platforms.
- Responsible in managing the online e-commerce platforms and develop structure for the backend - supporting functions
- Handle e-commerce online orders
- Upload product images and relevant content onto e-commerce company website
- Ensuring we have the right images for all the SKUs and creating optimized product descriptions, review the product images quality and pricing.
- Work with social media design team on e-commerce marketing
- Responsible for consumers engagement and attending to customer's enquiries on day-to day basis.
- Liaise with e-commerce vendors for maintenance issues to make sure functions are in use
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare service analytics reports for daily tracking, weekly / monthly management reporting
