Responsibilities:
- Crafting brand and campaign strategies including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. Working on quarterly and monthly brand campaigns that will be content led and purpose driven.
- Craft and execute monthly sales campaigns.
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy and calendar.
- Measure results of the social media campaigns and take necessary course corrections.
- Co-ordinate with creative and marketing team at every step.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to have a strong network that amplifies the marketing campaigns.
- Take ownership and responsibility for increasing followers, engagement and creating a channel via social media for bookings.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Has to be savvy about social media and its tools like reels, quizzes, etc.
- Team player who will collaborate with create for content creation for social media.
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Experience in Facebook & Instagram campaign management.
- Experience in content strategy and working with content creators.
- Strong communication skills - Ability to collaborate, assimilate feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional information: Preferred candidate has to be specifically from North Goa.
