As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing social media marketing and email marketing campaigns for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and creative environment, where your skills in digital marketing will be utilized and further developed. The position is part-time initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance during the probation period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos, for social media channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing compelling copy, and segmenting email lists.
• Monitor email campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and email marketing.

Requirements:

• Relevant education/certification in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
