Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team is following the set direction of the project
- Keeping the quality of deliverables in check and maintaining high morale in the team
- Curating specialised marketing plans for clients in a diverse range of industries.
- Track progress and ROI of marketing expenditure.
- Assist the project manager in budgeting and scheduling
- Manage content and make regular improvements to bring all communications under the brand story.
- Forecast sales trends and make needed adjustments in marketing strategy.
- Keep on top of growing trends and make informed choices that ameliorate marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Lead the digital marketing team to produce the best quality possible.
- Should be able to anticipate plausible digressions in strategy and work your way back on track
- Proven experience in managing digital sites and content planning
- Awareness of the intricacies of content marketing and paid promotions.
- Working knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Proficient with technical platforms such as Google Adwords, Emailing tools, and tools relevant to SEO/SMM/SEM.
- Excellent writing and communication skills along with the ability to bring the team together.
- Zeal to bring out results and an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
