In 1983, inspired by the artisans community around, this small endeavor started out of a small village of West Bengal, India with the mission to promote East India’s textile and craft, use of natural and sustainable fabric and make them accessible to the world. Our USP lies in developing new fabric design by sourcing premium Hand spun cotton and silk yarn from adjacent states such as Bihar, Assam, Jharkhand and weaving by skilled artisans in Bengal, thereby bringing best of both states and presenting an authentic premium quality fabrics.
We are engaged in offering of an exclusive array Scarves, Stoles, Garments and natural fabrics such as cotton, Khadi, linen, and East India’s indigenous Handloom silk fabrics such as Matka, Tussar, Mulberry, Ketya, Eri (Peace Silk) etc, all Handspun and Handwoven. We also specializes  in variety of hand weaving and printing techniques like Jamdani, Batik , Block and Screen Printing. We use variety of low impact dyes. From sourced yarn to Finished Fabric, we follow strict guidelines and processes through the value chain.
