Digital Marketing Executive

It is a key position that shall take the responsibility of strategizing & leading a team of designers, content creators, customer support executives, and interns. Our entire sales are driven online and this position demands the key responsibility of strategizing and planning and leading the team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns based on goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Brand Management
• Daily post-management in all social media platforms for our brands
• Running FB & Instagram Ad campaigns
• Planning for effective weekly online marketing and sales campaign
• Devising new sale strategies for online marketing
• Coordinating with Content Creator & Designer for daily posts
• Managing & coordinating with the social media team
• Weekly report generation
• Frame and discuss Automation Policies & Tools for online sales. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

• Deep Understanding & Interest in Social Media Marketing
• Must have handled FB / Insta Pages
• Must have run Ad Campaigns for FB/Insta
• Team management
