Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience 3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and performance analysis.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification) would be a plus.

Skills:

Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of web analytics and tracking mechanisms.
