Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description:

A digital marketer is responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies for an organization. They plan and execute marketing campaigns, and maintain and supply content for the organization’s website.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Oversee a social media strategy.
Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
Write copy for email marketing campaigns and execute them
Work on various internal and external marketing programs and provide new out of the box suggestions for improvement
Provide SEO recommendations
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

Requirements:

2-3 Yrs of relevant experience
Preferred experience in strategic marketing and digital initiatives.
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
Demonstrated experience with email marketing, social media marketing, lead generation and SEO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with web design and development.
Bachelors/Masters degree or related field preferred.
