We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will plan, manage, deploy and optimise effective marketing and engagement campaigns across online and offline channels to deliver required business and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Design a digital marketing strategy and create a detailed plan of action with specific detailed outcomes and timelines.
• Drive traffic to our e-commerce portal ethically.
• Actively partake in driving traffic to a website and increasing sales by evaluating the relevant metrics.
• Decode the marketing patterns in the industry, by conducting competitor and consumer analysis.
• Manage client relationship consistently.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Work with the team in coming up with creative and inventive ideas for business development.
• Coordinate with the content team to improve results.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing and current trends in digital marketing, e-commerce
• Knowledge of current website analytic tools
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Project management and time management skills
• At least 2 years of work experience in digital marketing
• Marketing/business degree preferred
• Knowledge of export business
• Excellent verbal/written communication
