Responsibilities and Duties
- The eCommerce Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving Adastra Jewelry Pvt Ltd.’ strategic business plan and “must-win” focus on growth.
- The primary objective for this role will be to accelerate online growth for selling our products.
- You will share proprietary market research on trends in B2C procurement, outline Adastra Jewelry Pvt Ltd.’ vision and strategy, and evolve the methods by which we engage with end users of our products.
- In order to achieve your objectives, you must utilize critical thinking to build joint business plans, influence internal partners, and solve highly complex customer challenges.
- You will also need to work with the extended eCommerce team to develop and drive new approaches and best practices to improve online performance.
- You will first ensure that Adastra Jewelry Pvt Ltd. has implemented the basics of online success including assortment, digital shelf, and data analytics.
- When appropriate, you will also be looking to drive more advanced digital tactics such as targeted online promotions.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or sales.
- Email Marketing
- SEO / SEM knowledge
- Proven track record and deep experience in eCommerce business is critical for this role.
- Experience in successfully developing sales plans and executing via an effective sales strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results.
- Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can handle the details without losing sight of the goal.
- Well organized, focused planner and implementer.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive execution against project goals and deliverables.
- A track record of handling multiple tasks and projects at a time, prioritizing workload effectively and thriving in a dynamic and complex environment.
- History of working with sales, marketing teams, and large customers to drive growth initiatives.
