We are looking to hire growth marketers in the digital marketing team who are flawless at implementing campaigns across our key segments: Customer Support,Sales & Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising (Google Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
● Your charter will include implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms/networks along with planning the campaigns with key stakeholders.
● Understand the campaign brief, arrive at quarterly media plan and target the buyer personasto meet KPIs.
● Work closely with client team and develop sharp targeted digital outreach programs using amix of paid and owned marketing channels
● Analyse performance data, identify patterns, optimize campaigns and steer for continuous improvements
● Evaluate KPIs that affect our target audience and build an understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns
● End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement.
● Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all execution - through external agencies or internal teams
● Be heavily involved in ideation process along with the stakeholders
● Oversee all aspects of mid-market & enterprise targeted digital campaigns.
Qualification & Skills:
● Adwords, Facebook Ads, YouTube ads, SMM, SEO, Email Marketing
● Our ideal candidate is someone who can thrive in a highly fast paced environment and showresults in campaign performance.
● Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiplechannels and customer touch points.
● Can c reate visual materials for websites and social media.
● Photoshop, animation and video editing skills would serve as added advantage
● BS/MS/BE or a Degree in marketing or a related field.
● Proven working experience in digital marketing
