Educational Qualification & Experience Required:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate or Any Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing.
2-3 years hands-on corporate experience on handling Social media, Web marketing, Promotion & Branding, Lead generating, Contents and blogs writing, planning & budgeting etc.
Skills Required:
Expert in social networking experience on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. and social analytics tools knowledge.
Candidate should have Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with multitasking, presentable, and organizational ability.
Good in the handling of challengeable scenario, good grasping power of learning the new social platform and using them for branding & promotion and business development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
Expert in MS Office (Word, excel, powerpoint and google sheets.)
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text),presentation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of web development, web design, SEO and CRO
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments whenever required.
a. Implement a Social Media Strategy:
To develop, design, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with our business goals.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
b. Implement Social Media Campaign and Branding and Promoting: :
To implement and manage a social media campaign to align with our business goals.
To execute a social media campaign which focused on measurable outcomes and influence to our followers.
Social Media Campaign would be very creative and informative which will help us in branding and promoting to the company and help to achieve goals.
To reach the target market through Social Media Campaign.
c. Customer Relationship:
To maintain a relationship with the customers by engaging them using the social media platform.
To handle and answered queries on time and these queries should be monitor...
Candidate should be comfortable in solving queries in customer convenience language.
Candidate should be able to speak in a polite manner while answering arrogant customers.
d. Articles & Blogs writing & posting on Social Media.:
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
After every workshop /seminars need to create blogs/contents related to workshop/seminars with attaching the photographs and posted on the social media platform.
e. Coordination with team & Reporting to Head.
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and accounts to ensure brand consistency.
It Should be compulsory to report regularly to Senior Manager/Head f. Financial Planning & Budgeting:
Candidate should be a good financial planner.
Every marketing activities should be in our budget and help to generate revenue.
g. Social Networking Analysis:
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, design tools and applications.
Use new platform and tools of social networking if and when required.
Cultivation of leads and sales.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
h. Daily activities:
Attend Workshops/Seminars whenever it will organise.
To suggest and implement for best branding & promotion.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly (e.g. original text, photos, videos and blogs)
Regularly posting contents on social media for engaging customers.
Daily reporting to Senior Manager/ HOD.
