Job Description

  • Digital Campaign Management:

    • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, search engines, display advertising, etc.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and budget allocation.
    • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, infographics, videos, etc.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Plan and schedule social media posts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
  • SEO and SEM:

    • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
    • Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) through platforms like Google Ads, ensuring efficient keyword targeting, ad copy, and bid management.
  • Email Marketing:

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor key digital marketing metrics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
  • Website Management:

    • Collaborate with web developers to maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis:

    • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Budget Management:

    • Assist in budget allocation for digital marketing activities and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
