Job Description

Digital Marketing Executives

Job Description : 

  • Digital Marketing Skills : Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion to succeed. 
  • Need to have a strong aptitude for learning new technology and can quickly apply what you have learned. 
  • Challenge the status quo and drive process improvements that lead to increased efficiency and a better customer experience. 
  • Write, speak and present information effectively and clearly and adjust your tone and language to your audience. 
  • Effective listener and problem solver and have a high attention to detail. 
  • Need to have a strong passion for people and enjoy solution-based problem solving in an ambiguous environment. 
  • Provide onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for Advertisers 
  • Provide optimization support to Advertisers 
  • Respond promptly & accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns 
  • Identify common blockers faced by Advertisers and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve advertiser experience 
  • Buddy up with new joiners and bring them up to speed with regards to program and process
