Job Description

Job Role:

  • The Field Marketing Executive position is the front end of the business. 
  • It comprises all marketing activities that involve face-to-face contact with prospects/clients. This position is to build the business by identifying prospects, helping convert the prospects to clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. She/he will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
  • Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
  • Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues
  • Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
  • Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
  • Attend relevant trade shows and events
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
  • Track expenses in an organized fashion
  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
  • Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
  • Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions / telephonic sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
  • Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
  • Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as solution
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
  • Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
  • Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
  • Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
  • Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with a professional presentation
