  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Create mobile advertising strategy, budget allocation, forecast and scenario planning.
  • Set up, manage, optimise, report mobile app campaigns.
  • Manage the Mobile Measurement tool and ensure data accuracy and flow through between platforms, attribution tool, analytics tool, and internal database.
  • Develop and Manage digital marketing campaigns 
  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the organisation’s app
  • Write and optimise content for the app and social networking accounts such as Facebook Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
  • Track and analyse app traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as increasing the app installs as well as reducing the app uninstalls, managing micro moments during app usage, increasing dwell time or improving engagement with timely notifications & adapt customer journey in apps
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce and knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO) etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
