We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, maintain our social media presence and come up with campaigns targeted towards growing the reach of our brand & customer acquisition across Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin & Youtube.
- Analyzing web traffic metrics and suggesting solutions to boost web presence; keeping up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and building strong client relationships through social media interaction.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Requirements/Qualifications
- An Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in a related field and/or work experience in the related, relevant field.
- Prior Work experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing is preferred, however freshers with an established and proven skillset can also apply.
- Sound knowledge of website analytics tools & experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to take initiative.
