Job Description

You'll be part of the retention team within marketing. Retention is a critical aspect of any business, as it's less expensive to continue to get business from your existing customer base than from new customers. At the moment, Monster is revamping its entire structure around retention, and scaling up the operation. If you're good with numbers and logic, then this could be a good role for you

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 17th May'22 and 21st Jun'22

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Responsibilities include:

1. Work on campaign execution & automation to ensure the right communication reaches the right person at the right time
2. Optimize existing approaches and cross-sell/up-sell tactics
3. Engage cross-functionally with the content and design team to deliver best in class messaging
4. Ensure proper tracking and analysis of campaigns
5. Support new product/event launches
