Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify the target audience and grow our email list
2. Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
3. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling, and ensure mobile-friendly email templates
4. Write newsletters including all company updates
5. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
6. Create email databases for lead generation and upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features while ensuring that emails follow industry policies and best practices
7. Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
8. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
9. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
10. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
11. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
12. Improve continuously by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
13. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate action
