My Vacala Private Limited is India's leading fleet service company in the automobile industry, working in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi, and other tier-2 cities, which aims to capture the market of Indian market $19 billion. Our company's main aim is to make the automobile industry into an authorized form where customers can make their vehicle-related issues in a transparent way and to get all their services at their doorstep. We started in 2017 with 2 founders in Vijayawada. Currently, we are in 15 cities and working for most of the valuable fleets in India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the company's social media accounts and post content
2. Work on brainstorming campaign ideas
3. Work on monitoring various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter
4 Work on analyzing the analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Work on understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
6. Work on engaging with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
7. Work on providing suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
8. Work on learning and becoming proficient in internal software systems
9 Work on assisting in creating performance reports
