Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain online product catalogs on Amazon
2. Organize data with regards to listing, updating, uploading, and specifications
3. Ensure the online store reflects information and inventory accurately
4. Manage listing cycles from product selection to final upload onto e-commerce platforms
5. Work closely with merchandising, order fulfillment, OMS, warehouse, and website teams
6. Ensure customers receive products they ordered, and process returns or exchanges
7. Ship, track, process orders, and reconcile inventory if required
8. Track refunds, manage returns, return logistics, and file claims with shipment companies for shipping errors
9. Execute short and long-term fulfillment operational strategies and daily operational priorities to maximize the customer experience through efficient order fulfillment
10. Support in preparing internal daily/weekly/monthly operations reporting scorecard and MIS
11. Maintain inventory, order, production, and transit reports of hundreds of products
