Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and campaigns
2. Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms and tools
3. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmenting audiences, designing templates, and analyzing performance
4. Implement lead nurturing and scoring programs to optimize the customer journey
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop automated workflows and customer journeys
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
7. Optimize marketing automation processes and workflows continuously for efficiency and effectiveness
8. Implement tracking and analytics to measure campaign success and ROI
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2. Proven work experience in marketing automation, preferably with hands-on experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
3. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, strategies, and best practices
4. Proficient in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
6. Familiarity with lead nurturing, scoring, and customer journey mapping
7. Excellent project management and organizational skills
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
