About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, execute, and manage social media and digital marketing strategies, goals, and objectives
2. Strategize and execute programs to grow and engage audiences and followers
3. Develop brand awareness and increase engagement by developing and designing strong content strategies
4. Explore and identify emerging social networks, platforms, and new ways to engage and reach targeted guests/audiences
5. Stay current and assess industry and social media trends, tools, new platforms, innovations, and best practices
6. Develop and manage social content calendars
7. Build and manage the brand's social media profiles and presence
8. Oversee social media engagement across franchises, multi-channel, and international to harness the power of the social web, gain insights, and connect with customers, fans, and critics
9. Leverage social listening tools to monitor brand conversations and report key insights
10. Prepare reports based on key performance indicators
11. Maintain a consistent system of documented reporting and metrics
