Responsibilities and Duties:- Build, develop and promote a strong digital marketing practice- Drive effective channel strategies that optimize retail opportunities and profitability- Growing ad volumes and revenues across platforms- Leading planning and execution of digital marketing channels.- Effectively and efficiently managing campaigns for specific objectives- Define KPIs, and ensuring successful campaigns managing bids, budgets and attribution- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement,test, and measure mindset- Maximize profits by using creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client's marketing budget effectively- Write content for marketing ads, campaigns,and landing pages- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group- Build and run A/B tests
Requirements:- Post graduation from a top-tier institute or graduation from a premier engineering institute.- Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data- Proven experience in running a performance-focused digital marketing- Growth-hacking mindset with experience in running digital marketing experiments- Solid understanding of conversion, funnel management and online customer acquisition- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience- Work experience in e-commerce setup will be preferred
