Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct online market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concerns, and prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, and participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
5. Negotiate/close deals handle complaints or objections, and collaborate with team members to achieve better results
6. Gather feedback from customers or prospects share it with internal teams, and meet with clients virtually, demonstrating and presenting products while establishing new business and maintaining accurate negotiating contracts and packages
Requirements:
1. Possess strong knowledge of online sales techniques and strategies, and proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
2. Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
3. Be familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms, and possess an analytical mindset to track and interpret sales data
4. Exhibit a self-motivated and target-driven mindset, proactive problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as collaborative teamwork and effective organizational skills
5. Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and possess proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office, with hands-on experience in CRM software being a plus
