Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Content Marketing:
1. Work with the Talent Marketing team to brainstorm and plan engaging content for our social media channels and our Careers Website.
2. Understand the hiring needs of the team as a whole and come up with creative marketing campaigns to build strong candidate pipelines.
3. Work alongside various departments to align marketing strategies with overarching company goals.

b. Event Marketing:
1. Help plan, organize, and execute internal and external events.
2. Take up ownership of an event cycle: create pre-event, during, and post-event checklists.
3. Create a content bucket to repurpose content from each event.

c. Social Media Management:
1. Create marketing campaigns that portray the culture at FlytBase.
2. Regular posting on channels like LinkedIn, Twitter (X) and Instagram.
3. Create and maintain social media calendars for each week.
