Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan the monthly social media calendar
2. Improve engagement
3. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
4. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
5. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (eg. original text, photos, videos, and news)
6. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
7. Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
8. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
9. Oversee social media account's design (eg. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
10. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
