What you’ll do:
§ Lead efforts to optimize processes and create new workflows to scale.
§ Oversee creative ticket submissions, asset management and client approvals.
§ Partner with the NYC based Marketing team to create compelling and effective assets for email, orgUltianic and paid channels.
§ Manage and maintain client facing marketing calendars outlining the latest plans.
§ Prep weekly and monthly marketing reports for internal and external review.
§ Consolidate campaign data and format results for client facing presentations.
§ Support the NYC based marketing team on ad-hoc data requests and developing client facing materials.
§ Regularly pull benchmark data and marketing results to provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
§ Collaborate with the analytics and NYC based marketing team to optimize email and on-site performance for marketing KPIs.
§ Keep up with marketing, digital best practices and industry trends.
We'd love for you to have:
§ Four plus years' of hands-on B2C digital marketing experience required.
§ BA/BS degree required.
§ Previous experience managing at least 1-3 team members required.
§ Salesforce experience is a plus.
§ Successful track-record with project management, developing and executing digital marketing plans, and delivering on performance targets.
§ Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, engage and motivate a team.
§ Excellent communication skills keeping the Senior Manager informed and providing clear direction to team members and cross functional teams.
§ Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests.
§ Highly motivated and a high level of initiative.
§ Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives.
§ Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills.
