Job Description
We are looking for Digital marketing manager in Real estate industry
Lead generation, google ads, social media management

Ads Design, creative design, website design, crm management
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Brainstorming ideas and creating communication material for internal and external audiences.
Evaluate the communication strategy and advertising campaigns that are implemented.
Develop strategies & tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to the website.
Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Preparing brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials for company branding and promotion of real estate projects. Maintaining social media presence by posting relevant content on a weekly basis.
Designing and writing content for all types of internal and external communications.
Structure & Delegate work to team members to achieve the best output (targets).
Train the team on communication & pitching, technical details, identifying appropriate leads which can qualify, appropriate channels to generate leads, work on CRM tools, etc.
Encourage & motivate the team, develop learning culture.
Regular review of team performance, meet targets, address issues & concerns, and provide timely & effective feedback.
Prepare monthly reports, goals & forecasts, measure results
