We are looking for an Online Performance Marketing Manager to help us grow and acquire users in key areas. If you have marketing experience for a hyper local brand and a passion for new technology: We want to hear from you. You will be responsible for ALL things PERFORMANCE MARKETING (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate Ad partners).

In this role you will:

1. Develop online user acquisition strategy and manage all paid channels including Google, Facebook, Programmatic and Affiliates.
2. Analyze and optimize online campaigns against brand and growth objectives
3. Lead agency relationships and align the communication strategy with CEO and CTO.
4. Own weekly goals on number of acquisitions and meet the user numbers
5. Scale acquisitions while reducing CPA by finding efficiencies in channels and channel-mix

Who you are:

1. Go-getter, ruthless execution, have startup experience, know how to drive down CAC
2. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and has a technical mindset
3. Looking to grow in a fast paced environment with phenomenal growth in the next 18 months.
4. Highly analytical and data driven. Realises the importance of different creatives and how to efficiently implement them across the relevant channels

Requirements:

1. Has grown user base of a consumer startup consumer app from 100K to 1M users
2. Has managed a spend scale of at least 20L per month
3. Has expertise in using tools like Branch, Appsflyer, MixPanel, Clevertap, Amplitude etc.

Preferred skills:

1. Has executed performance marketing for a startup consumer app
2. Can grow into Director of Performance Marketing role in 18 months
3. Can get hands dirty and has ruthless execution
