JD-
Manage key accounts ensure increased sales.
Increase sales and Achieve online sales as per targets.
Managing catalog listing and product uploads on all the partner sites.
Planning per season by account to maximizes all sales opportunities
Order Management Orders approvals, processing, assigning to vendors & logistic partners, maintaining order status.
Payment Reconciliation Courier Return Customer Return Wrong Product Return Damaged Product Received Sales & Marketing Management Business expansion on e-commerce vertical.
Having an analytical approach to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and sales analysis
Launching various promotional offers on behalf of company for brand promotion.
Logistic Management Follow up with all courier partners for issues related to product deliveries, stop deliveries, RTOs, Re-shipping returned Orders via different locations and areas.
Taking all types of care for pending order, follow-up with production & delivery Customer & Merchant Relationship Management To oversee the fulfillment of products ordered via the e-commerce channel and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction & business efficiency.
Nurturing new and existing accounts seasonally.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.Basic Computer knowledge of MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, web, etc.We can start with a salary of 20,000/- to 25,000.Rest would depend on the quality and experience of the candidate.Sending quotations to the clients and negotiating with them.
