Fosterideaz is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist - Fresher

Specialist (Fresher) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, search engine optimization (SEO),search engine marketing (SEM),and email marketing.
Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and target audience preferences.
Create engaging content (written, visual, or audio) for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns.
Schedule and manage social media posts, including monitoring conversations and responding to comments and messages.
Assist with website content management, including updating product information, blog posts, and landing pages.
Analyze website traffic data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., clicks, impressions, conversions).
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Assist with other digital marketing initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Passion for learning and staying updated with the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
