- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in the IT services industry - SMM / SEM / SEO.
- 2-3 years of experience in website strategy, digital advertising, copywriting or writing in a business environment required.
- 2-3 years of organizational social media management preferred.
- Experience in website analysis using a variety of tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
- Communicator and team player, confident and tactful with an ability to meet objectives through influence, facilitation, and consensus building.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration is a plus.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, build and execute digital marketing strategy (SMM/ SEM / SEO).
- Plan, and monitor the company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) - attract, engage and convert.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and implementation. Be actively involved in SEO (keyword, image optimization, etc.) and SMO (Social Media Optimization) efforts. Recommend technical SEO changes and ensure its implementation. Perform on-page SEO activities and implement recommendations. Recommend and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.
- Becoming an advocate for Trigent in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Monitor various online resources (i.e., social sites, blogs, media websites, etc.) to identify opportunities for audience engagement and marketing ideas.
- Work with the design team to create visual content (graphics or videos for social media posts).
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders and IT leaders.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, content performance metrics, and customer challenges to build an effective editorial calendar.
