Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on creating engaging social media content, managing various social media platforms, and running effective online advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and increase brand awareness.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others.
- Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and improve engagement.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Monitor and track the performance of advertising campaigns, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.

Preferred Candidate would have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and online advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the technology industry or with technology-related products/services.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
