JD:- ROLE
The Marketing Specialist will be tasked with advancing the growth of the business by
creating, implementing and monitoring the company's marketing strategy utilising numerous
channels while managing several internal and external resources.
The successful candidate will be supported by:
• Director of the company
• Leader of the Indian operations
• Tools of the trade
• Modern office environment (after COVID-19) & work from home for now
Key responsibilities include:-
• Lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the company
(purely B2B)
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• End-to-end management of all marketing channels including website, search, email,
social media & offline advertising
• Provide reports for management
• Creation and publication of all marketing material ensuring it sits in line with the
company's overall marketing strategy
• Complete responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Continuously research market environment
• Managing all internal and 3rd parties related to marketing
Skills required:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing in the B2B domain
• Google AdWords qualification
• Full range of marketing channel knowledge (SEO/PPC/traditional)
• Experience in preparing and managing marketing budgets (If and when required)
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills to successfully manage
multiple tasks at once
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to all team members, stakeholders
and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner
• Accountability of time spent on performing a task – keeping a daily record of all
activity
• High level of English is a must
