We are seeking motivated Digital Marketing Specialists/Trainee (Pan Kerala) to join any of the 20+ companies associated with us. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in digital marketing techniques and strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for learning and a strong interest in digital marketing trends and technologies.

Selection Process:

• An initial screening interview will be conducted for selecting candidates.
• Selected candidates shall be issued conditional offers.
• Selected candidates undergo 3 months of On-Job-Training (OJT) at their own expense.
• Minimum assured salary of INR15,000 per month. (Candidates may get a higher salary based on the performance during the OJT period.)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO),and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

2. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

3. Create and optimize content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email newsletters.

4. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

7. Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

- Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
