Job Description

Key Duties:

Making calls to customers over the phone and perusing them for conversion
Answering customer queries over the phone, social media & whats app
Maintaining the SLA of 60 minutes for solving the queries of the customers
Creating new custom and dynamic templates for customer success strategy
Analysis of customer data & making weekly reports

Skills and Qualifications:

Good written skills
Good verbal skills
Should be multilingual
Excellent attention to details & should be willing to learn
Should be Proactive
Out of box thinker
An ability to remain calm under pressure & a robust attitude towards challenges
Ability to priorities work & complete tasks with quick turnaround times
The ability to work collaboratively with a team
Should do multi-tasking
