We're hiring a General Manager who would complement the work of our engineers.

Required Qualities:

• Perfect written and oral communication in English (and preferably, appreciation for international cultural differences and vernaculars)
• Deep critical thinking and analytical abilities, that manifests itself in ones approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• A near-native familiarity with marketing channels, strategies and analysis
• An intense drive to push both consumer and B2B sales
• Thoughtful articulation, design and presentation of ideas, features and whole products
• A willingness to pick up any work in a team that is small and scrappy (our company is flat and no task is considered beneath anyone)
• Basic graphic design skills (using Pixelmator, Keynote, or even better, Photoshop)
• Basic content creation skills to help build out product information, guides and marketing materials
• Test and provide technology and product roadmap analysis and feedback
• Flexibly available to meet depending on the timezone of teammates
• Finally, personal honesty and humility that drives one to learn and adopt tools that make one do their job better

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA from a top tier business school
• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or demonstrably similar intellectually rigorous discipline
