Job brief
To wreak havoc on digital media via creatively crafting high-performing ads that best fit certain audiences in correlation to the brand and leading magic tricks on social media platforms with ads, campaigns & developing dialogues with people on behalf of the brand.
You should be well-versed in current marketing tools and tactics, along with competency in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to implementation. You must also collaborate with the marketing team, support teams, and clients to ensure that campaigns are launched on time and under budget.
A brief note of your responsibilities
The tasks of a Digital Marketing Manager include the following:
1. Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and Google advertising strategies are all planned.
2. Keeping our social media presence consistent across all digital channels. 3. All digital marketing efforts' performance must be measured and reported on.
4. Collaborates with team members & provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
Utilise the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Instrument conversion points and optimises user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.
Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
Planning and executing digital marketing budgets.
Client Relationships
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Be in touch with clients via calls and WhatsApp groups.
Be in the loop with the client's team to plan and progress digital account activity.
Analyse and advise clients’ digital marketing plans.
Gather, share and act upon feedback from the client.
Utilise your experience to respond to situations.
Keep detailed records of client-side transactions.
Generate accurate weekly and monthly reports.
Act as the first point of contact for client requests and questions.
Take client feedback throughout the development.
People
Foster good relationships with the team.
Encourage teamwork with decent communication.
Assist junior members of the team.
Push clients, the team, and the agency towards a productive direction.
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or Online advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Working knowledge of digital media tools (e.g., Buffer, Social pilot, Hootsuite)
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Technical skills
Apt knowledge of Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge and experience of working with digital media tools like buffer, social pilot, social blade, Hootsuite, etc.
Core knowledge of digital platforms.
Tech-friendly with Google cloud-based services.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
