We are looking to hire a candidate with proven experience in Performance Marketing, Media Planning/Buying, or a similar role
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, drive and grow the performance marketing function within the marketing team.
- Lead the performance marketing team and identify opportunities for overall optimization and enhancement
- Measuring the performance of online campaigns
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the buyer’s journey.
- Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, ROAS, social media engagement, etc.
- Work with the performance marketing executives to initiate media planning/buying, identify target audiences and execute media campaigns
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Oversee ad accounts on Search & Social platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
- Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
Minimum requirements
- Approximately 3 years of Performance Marketing Experience
- Experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, etc),A/B testing (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize),Analytics (eg. Google Analytics),User testing & Marketing Automation
- Thorough understanding of SMM, SEM campaign strategies, Media Planning & Buying, and SEO practices
- Experience with Social Media & PPC campaigns
- Analytical abilities
