The Role

We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to manage our Shopify Store. The role involves:

• Inputting and monitoring SKU’s on the e-commerce store
• Ensuring all listings are displayed properly with correct prices, descriptions and specifications
• Ensuring the website’s User Experience is seamless by monitoring customer journeys.
• Ensuring the website is functioning properly and all the elements are operational.
• Reporting website metrics and insights to the CEO
• Working closely with the CEO to ensure the website delivers the best possible experience
• Managing the content and layout of the key landing pages, including the home page
• Managing the new collection and product launches as well as optimising the existing products
• Working with the digital marketing team to manage the execution and optimisation of website promotions and online content.

• Minimum of 1-year experience working for an e-commerce retailer. 
• Some experience with Shopify is desirable but not necessary. 
• Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognised institution with an excellent academic record.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communications skills are a must along with the ability to work and engage with different people and teams. 
• An interest in jewellery and fashion and willingness to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• You must be able to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems
• Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision and ability to prioritise workload.
