Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work within the RM Hub to cater to the service needs of the Priority and
Affluent Customers.
- The Digital RM to achieve the set target of revenue (IPG and other cross
sell) from the mapped set of customers associated to him/her.
- The Digital RM's to provide premium customer service delivery to his/her mapped
portfolio.
- The Digital RMs to work on CASA deepening and NTB lead generation.
- Digital RMs to also assist in providing NDIAS services.
- Assist customers to transact digitally
- Outbound Inbound calls to reach to the mapped customer base on daily basis
- Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
- Cross sell Upsell to increase product penetration
- Customer onboarding and activation
- Proactive retention of customers
- Interact with clients on research calls, advisory to keep Clients active & increase revenue
- Converting and generating revenue from dormant customers
- Resolving Customer Query
