Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Interface with the clients independently to provide status updates on key projects.. Coordinate with business partners to track activities, prepare resolutions for open issues and implement change initiatives
- Identify, conceptualize and implement business process improvements across existing processes
- Analyze and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify and measure trends across digital marketing channels
- Drive marketing effectiveness strategies through A/B testing, campaign performance and analyzing cross channel behavior
- Manage all client communication on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Ability to manage attrition, formulate recruitment plans for future staffing needs as well as manage and monitor performance Liaise with internal teams (Knowledge Management, IT, Admin etc.) to manage day-to-day operations
- Design, develop and implement audit strategies to track process health on a periodic basis
- Manage expectations across delivery and implementation efforts
Required Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of any one of the leading web analytics platforms: Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, WebTrends
- Exposure to analytics functions in the Retail / eCommerce industry
- Advanced MS Excel
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Exposure to key digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM) and technology (JQuery, JavaScript and HTML)
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree with minimum of 3 years of total work experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in executing, managing web analytics and reporting / dashboard development projects
- Candidates certified in Google Analytics and Google AdWords will be preferred
