What You Will Be Doing

Experienced Business Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry (especially Insurance domain Capital market and Retail banking) skilled in Requirements Analysis, Business Development, Business Documentation, Analytical Skills, Market Research. Overall more than 4 -5 years of experience in RPA. Currently working as a functional consultant for driving Process Improvement projects across multiple geographic locations

What You Bring

Knowledge / Experience

Exposure to RFP’s, RFI’s and Bid Management

Provide Pre-Sales solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes

Exposure to RPA/Process Improvement Solutioning

Skills

Minimum 18 months of RPA Project experience & Process Improvement

Exposure to RPA tools – UiPath, Automation Anywhere, WinAutomation

Exposure to Customer Service Accounts – be able to understand and write AS IS or TO BE processes

Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent with an experience 10 + years of total experience

Six Sigma Green Belt certified (Desirable)

Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills

In depth knowledge of market research and sales deck

Ready to work in US shifts (night)

Should be open for Travels, if needed

Technical understanding of RPA tools
