·         Delivering School contacts

·         Yearly / monthly and daily planning for school coverage for permission and campaign execution

·         Planning for materials & samples


·         Delivery of contacts vs. Target (20K-30K)

·         Delivering Target by weekly, by month plans

·         Timely submission of plans and reports

·         Proper utilization of materials and samples as per Norms

·         Quality execution of program elements

·         Principal’s alignment on all program elements

·         Distribution of invites among girls

·         Proper setup of AV infrastructure

·         Quality of in-class presentation and Q&A session

·         Developing good rapport with school

·         Delivering contacts within budgets

·         Cost per contact vs. OFA plan

·         Records and reports

·         Daily report of activities submitted
