Roles :
1) Identify major customers in retail and hospitality business and develop them as KEY Accounts. Such customers include a chain of supermarkets.
2) Identify the right distributors/dealers/ network partner.
3) Map the territory thoroughly for potential customers
Demonstrate the product features and close sales.
4) Effective execution of primary sales planning sales tool
5) Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products.
Responsibilities include:
1) Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
2) Coordinate with customers and services and detail quote for all required information.
3) Maintain and update knowledge of all company products and services.
4) Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
